Care
All ELI-O pieces are handmade from quality Sterling Silver 925 or 18karat Gold.
Nothing is plated, so you can clean your jewellery without worry of surface wear.
Metals naturally develop a surface patina over time from oxygen, sprays, and skin acidity.
Sterling Silver and Gold will not have any affect on your fingers.
If your jewel loses it's shine, try wiping the surface with a soft cloth and warm water and dish soap. You can also use an old toothbrush and white toothpaste and then rinse everything with warm water.
With opal stones, avoid bleach, chemicals and cleaners. Prolonged exposure to water will eventually damage the stone.
The best way to keep your jewellery clean is to wear it!
Returns
Changed your mind? No worries!
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days upon receipt on all unworn jewellery.
The purchased article has to be perfectly intact and to show no signs of wear.
For all returns and exchanges, please contact us.
If an email is not sent within the initial 7 days of receiving the piece, the jewel may not be exchanged or returned.
You will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges, upon our receipt of the returned ELI-O piece.
All sale pieces are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
Repairs
ELI-O conducts quality checks on every piece of jewellery at every stage of production.
We are committed to providing reliable, quality and trustworthy expertise with every purchase of jewellery.
We guarantee an absolutely free repair service for 1 year from the date of your purchase. This applies to normal wear-and-tear and all manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover cases in which the jewellery has been broken, torn, or scratched.
For all repair inquiries, please contact us. Please include your name, description, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase.
If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you shipping instructions. Repairs take 4-6 weeks to complete.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
Repairs without prior authorization may be declined, and we are not responsible for any lost parts.
The warranty is not valid if the jewellery was previously repaired by someone other than ELI-O.
The warranty does not cover jewellery cleaning.
Ring Resizing
Ordered the Wrong Size? No problem!
We are glad to resize your ring with a shipping cost, but only for a ring which was purchased directly from ELI-O. Just send us a message with a note explaining the item you’d like to be exchanged with the correct sizing. We will contact you privately for shipping charges.
Please note that this service is dependent on the ring’s design and how big or small it can become.
Additionally, some of our rings are not resizable because of their unique design and the materials they are made from.
Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from 10am – 6pm.
As all items are made to order, please allow up to three weeks for items to be made, cast, finished, and shipped.
All domestic shipments are shipped via Poste CH.
All international shipments are shipped via Poste CH.
All orders are shipped with the requirement of your signature upon delivery and shipping charges are always added to the price of our products.
It usually takes 2 to 10 days depending on the destination. Additional time might be necessary for custom clearance so please do plan ahead. ELI-O is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to force of nature or other unmanageable events. Please also note that shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for shipping, duties or taxes on any items which are returned to us.
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. ELI-O is not associated with these fees. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
We are required by law to list directly on the package the full retail value of items ordered and contained therein. We cannot mark any package as a gift to avoid customs and duties fees. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.
The international shipping cost incurred at time of check out is non refundable. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an International Shipment is refused by the receiver.
